The Challenge
In 2014, we started working with BBVA to help push their Digital Transformation process. Our main goal? To convert Digital Sales into a strategic priority with HABITANT as a partner in this challenge.

We accompany and advise BBVA in the digital communication of their products and service offering, we also launch integrated brand campaigns in collaboration with the DDB agency, to help customers make better financial decisions.

Our approach
- We listen and analyse behaviour patterns and key sectors, and design and implement solutions with CRM strategies, through the different BBVA channels and combining this with Salesforce.
- We design contact plans and Customer Journeys on an annual basis and for specific campaigns, to encourage conversion and recruitment, optimizing and improving their success rates as CRO experts.
- We create funnels for each campaign launch to improve and execute creative solutions for Brand Building and Performance, through innovation in formats and tools, monitoring and defining the most convenient standard for each user, moment, medium and product.
