THE CHALLENGE

Foster’s Hollywood, the oldest chain of American restaurants in Spain, needed to adapt to the change in its customer habits in a sector as complex, dynamic and competitive as the restaurant industry in Spain.
The way to success came through the constant updating of digital assets and the continuous optimisation of paid media.

OUR APPROACH

Integrating acquisition,
loyalty and digital assets

We began by designing the digital strategy of Foster’s Hollywood with a plan to create and develop digital assets (corporate website, e-commerce and app). Then, we shaped the role of each of these channels in their contribution to the company’s digital sales and defined the user’s journey to simplify and enhance their experience with the brand.
 
We worked on the different areas (Digital Media, SEO and Digital Analytics) in an integrated and synchronous way which allows us to make processes more efficient and obtain better results.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Once the assets were developed, it was time to create a continuous improvement strategy based on data (CRO) that, to this day, continues seeking the same thing as in its beginnings: constant optimisation to improve in business. All this was accompanied by the continuous optimisation of digital media (Paid Search, Paid Social and Display) and the “Fosterianos” loyalty program, important pieces to generate repeat purchases and engagement with the audience.
